At Sky Lux Events, all rental equipment is cleaned and prepared before it is provided to you. We ask that all rental items be returned in the same clean condition in which they were received.

Before return or pickup

• All food must be completely removed from chafing dishes and food pans.
• Chafing dishes, pans, and accessories must be washed and free of food residue, grease, sauces, and debris.
• All rental pieces must be accounted for and ready for pickup.
• Floral arrangements and décor should be kept clean, dry, and free from food, drinks, wax, or other substances.

Cleaning Fee

If rental equipment is returned or picked up excessively dirty, greasy, or with food residue, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Cleaning Fee: Starting at $15 per chafing dish, depending on the condition of the equipment.

Excessive cleaning, stains, wax, burns, or other difficult-to-remove substances may result in additional charges.

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers are responsible for rental equipment during the rental period. Lost, missing, broken, burned, or damaged equipment may be charged at the full replacement cost.

Our promise: Sky Lux Events provides your rental equipment clean and event-ready. We simply ask that you return it to us the same way.
