Add-Ons
Cleaning & Return Policy
All Sky Lux Events acrylic displays are provided clean, polished, and event-ready. Rental items must be returned in the same clean condition in which they were received.
Before return or pickup
- All food must be completely removed.
- Displays must be free from food, grease, sauces, frosting, candy, drinks, tape, glue, and other residue.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or materials that may scratch the acrylic.
- All display pieces and accessories must be accounted for and ready for pickup.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee will apply to items returned excessively dirty or requiring additional cleaning.
Cleaning Fee: Starting at $10 per acrylic piece, depending on condition.
Damage & Replacement
Acrylic displays must be handled carefully. Customers are responsible for any displays that are cracked, broken, scratched, burned, stained, melted, or lost during the rental period. Damaged or missing items may be charged at full replacement cost.
Sky Lux Events provides every rental clean and beautifully prepared. We ask that all items be returned to us with the same care.
Food and catering services are not included with acrylic display rentals.
